Wanted Wednesday: Man wanted for numerous breaches of recognizance

Greater Sudbury Police Services have outstanding arrest warrants for 25-year-old Myles Guitard.

It is alleged that on Dec. 20, 2018, Guitard failed to comply by court-ordered conditions.

On the Jan. 6, at about 4 p.m. Guitard attended a retail establishment and stole merchandise. On Jan. 9, Guitard also attended retailers at about 4 p.m. in the downtown area and at 5:30 p.m. in the Val Caron area, stealing merchandise on both occasions. 

Myles Guitard has many outstanding charges and was on court-ordered conditions at the time of the previously mentioned occasions. He is believed to be in the city of Greater Sudbury.

Guitard is wanted for:

  • Theft under $5,000 (three counts)
  • Breach of Recognizance (eight counts)
  • Breach Probation (four counts)
