Wanted Wednesday: Police searching for man involved in alleged carjacking

Greater Sudbury Police Service has an outstanding warrant for the arrest of 34-year-old Reginald Heffern.

It is alleged that in the early hours of Jan. 15, while in a different vehicle, in a parking area located on Paris Street, Reginald Heffern demanded car keys from the victim while holding a weapon.  

He then proceeded to take the vehicle without consent. 

Reginald Heffern is believed to be in the area of Greater Sudbury.

Reginald Heffern is wanted for:

  • Robbery with a weapon
  • Pointing a firearm
  • Theft of Motor Vehicle
  • Carrying a concealed weapon
  • Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose
  • Possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order (two counts)
