Wanted Wednesday: Search continues for man who ducked court on child pornography charges

For the second time in less than eight months, Gagnon is the featured suspect in Sudbury Rainbow Crime Stoppers' Wanted Wednesday. Greater Sudbury Police were asking for the assistance of the public on April 25, 2018 in locating Gagnon, who had allegedly broke court-ordered conditions stemming from child pornography charges.

Police released Gagnon's photo on Facebook and Twitter in February after he allegedly failed to show up to a Feb. 14 sentencing hearing.

Gagnon was one of a group of people that were charged in the spring of 2016 with more than 60 child pornography offences as part of a Greater Sudbury Police initiative entitled Operation Continuing Intervention for Child Safety.

A total of 30 search warrants were executed from March to June. Gagnon's charge of making child pornography accessible covers the time period between Feb. 11, 2014 to March 19, 2015.

Gagnon has not been not been seen since and there is currently a Canada-wide warrant out for his arrest. 

He is described as 5-10 tall, weighs about 145 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
