A 25-year-old has been charged after a report of a domestic dispute in Warren Sept. 4.
The Nipissing West OPP responded to the call at 9 a.m. that day.
As a result of the investigation, a Warren resident was arrested and charged with:
- Assault - Spousal (two counts), contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code (CC); and
- Sexual Assault, contrary to section 271 of the CC.
The accused was released on an undertaking, and is scheduled to appear in court in Sudbury Oct. 16.
