A woman in a wheelchair who was involved in a collision with a motor vehicle at the intersection of Paris and John streets Monday has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act with pedestrian disobey don't walk signal.
“Please ensure you cross intr when you have the right of way,” Greater Sudbury Police said on their Twitter account Feb. 8.
The woman sustained minor injuries in the incident.
