Sudbury doctor found guilty of indecent and sexual assault

Man drowns in Lake Wahnapitae: update

A man drowned in Lake Wahnapitae Saturday night when his Kubota tractor broke through the ice. The deceased was removed from the water Sunday afternoon with help from an OPP helicopter and dive team.

Drowning victim identified

Greater Sudbury Police has released the name of a man who drowned in Lake Wahnapitae when his tractor broke through the ice around 7:15 pm Saturday. The victim has been identified as 58-year-old Hugh McMaster of Capreol.
