A Sudbury man has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a developmentally challenged teenager. Peter Paradis, 39, was found guilty Thursday of forcing anal and oral sex on the teenager last Aug. 12. Paradis will be sentenced Nov. 17.

A Sudbury man serving time in a federal penitentiary for manslaughter for the past six years is back behind bars.

Assistant Crown attorney Len Walker will call his first witness Thursday in a first-degree murder trial against a Sudbury senior.

Two young men from Sudbury will return to court Nov. 12 to see what their punishment will be for firing paint balls at strangers earlier this summer.
