The Ontario Provincial Police arrested two impaired drivers on Highway 17 Aug. 18. At 3:10 p.m., officers received a complaint about an erratic driver in a pick-up truck weaving all over Highway 17 east near Coniston.

A man was charged Aug. 19 with possession of a dangerous weapon and uttering threats to cause death after he allegedly threatened a woman at around noon with what she believed to be a hand gun in the downtown.

A 16-year-old boy riding a bicycle collided with a vehicle on Notre Dame Avenue Aug. 15 at around 5 p.m. The boy, who received minor head injuries, was treated in hospital. He was charged for failing to wear a protective helmet.
