Organizers of the annual Walden Winter Carnival are seeking teams for Wally?s First Annual Jug Curling Bonspiel.
The event will be held Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 15 and 16 at the T.M. Davies Community Centre. All teams are guaranteed three games.
A total of 48 teams will be accepted. Adult teams must consist of two males and two females. Family teams must have two or more children under 14 years of age.
Cost to register for the jug bonspiel is $32 per team. Call 692-4278 or 692-3094 to register.
Tickets are also on sale for the annual Walden Winter Carnival Comedy Night featuring three professional comedians who will perform at the T.M. Davies Community Centre on Friday, Feb. 14.
Tickets are $8 per person and are available at the Lively Kwik Way.
Tickets sell out early so get them as soon as possible.
