The Bantam Development Basketball Program is open to all boys born in 1989 or 1990 (under 13 as of Jan. 1, 2002).
The clinic and tryout camp will be held on Saturday, May 11 from 1 to 4 pm at Lasalle Secondary School. The clinic fee is $25 for Basketball Ontario members and $35 for non-members (a T-shirt is included).
A total of 12 boys will be selected to attend a training camp(s) in Sudbury, of which 10 boys will be chose to represent Northern Ontario at a four-day elite camp at Sir Wilfred Laurier University from July 15 to 18 and also attned the Ontario Summer Games in Kitchener from July 18 to 21. A total of 12 regional teams will compete at these competitions. The total cost for players, including meals, travel, accomodation and team uniform, is $350.
