The Sudbury Five bested the Lansing Pharoahs 120 to 93 at home Saturday, March 5.

This was the one and only time this season they will host the Pharoahs.

Jaylen Bland, who made his return to the lineup Saturday after missing the first two weeks due to injury, scored 35 points, six rebounds and five assists.

Bland said he felt like the team “needed this one,” so he came out “aggressive and got going early so we could just put them away early.”

He said he thinks the team has a “lot of potential.”

The Sudbury Five return to action Friday, March 11, when they visit the KW Titans in Kitchener.
