The Sudbury Five’s historic inaugural season has come and gone, with the final game of the regular season set to take place Wednesday March 27 against the KW Titans.

The Five currently sit first in the Central Division standings, a win Wednesday would guarantee the team home court advantage through the first round of the playoffs. A win Wednesday coupled with a London Lightning loss in one of the team’s last two games would result in the Five taking home court advantage through the first two rounds of the NBL Canada playoffs.

Wednesday, the Five will be wearing special purple jerseys in support of Epilepsy Awareness. Each player’s jersey will be auctioned off through the game in a silent auction, with all proceeds of the jerseys going to support SEIZE Sudbury.

Only fans attending the game will be eligible to bid on the game worn jerseys, with each player delivering their jersey to the successful bidder on the court after the game.

Tickets for Wednesday’s game as well as playoffs ticket for home playoff game one are on sale now at the Sudbury Arena Box Office.

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Sudbury Arena Box Office or at www.greatersudbury.ca/tickets. The date, time and opponent for the first playoff game are still to be determined as the league finishes the regular season this week.

Season ticket holders should have received a playoff package to renew their seats for the 2019 playoffs. Those who have not received a package are encouraged to email [email protected] or call the Sudbury Five office at 705-815-5555.
