It's sure to be an enjoyable walk down memory lane for long time fans of junior and NHL hockey in Sudbury this Thursday, as members of the Montreal Canadiens Alumni team are in town to take on the Sudbury Wolves Alumni.

It's sure to be an enjoyable walk down memory lane for long time fans of junior and NHL hockey in Sudbury this Thursday, as members of the Montreal Canadiens Alumni team are in town to take on the Sudbury Wolves Alumni.

The Dec. 8 contest starts at 7 p.m. at the Sudbury Arena and is a fundraising game in support of the Sudbury Sprinters Speed Skating Club. It will also feature a number of very recognizable names, for those who follow hockey.

The Montreal lineup, being coached by Yvon Lambert, is expected to include the likes of Stéphane Richer, Chris Nilan, Patrice Brisebois, Oleg Petrov, Francis Bouillon, Gilbert Delorme, Steve Penney, Richard Sevigny, Jocelyn Lemieux and Norm Dupont.

The Wolves will counter with a roster comprised of some of the following former OHL stars: Dean Guitard, Mario Chitaroni, Derek Thompson, Jordan Fois, Neal Martin, Craig Duncanson, Jason Young, Rory Fitzpatrick, Barrie Moore, Brad Domonsky, Jason Bonsignore, Luc Gagné, Sean Venedam, Andrew Dale, Richard Rochefort, Marc Long, Darryl Moxam, Serge Dunphy, Dave MacDonald, Miguel Beaudry, Trevor Blanchard and Kyle Tarini.
