Wolves bounce back to steal win from Oshawa Generals

The Pack now heads to North Bay on Sunday to face off against the Battalion

David Goyette showed no signs of slowing down Friday night, burying his 13th goal of the season to get The Pack on the board in the second period, en route to a 4-2 victory over the Oshawa Generals. 

The Sudbury Wolves bounced back in a big way on home ice Friday night, defeating the Oshawa Generals 4-2.

After the Generals pulled back out in front, Nick DeGrazia swatted the puck into the back of the net for his seventh tally of the campaign. 

Dominik Jendek scored his second with the Wolves in the third period to put the team out in front 3-2.

Ethan Larmand notched his eighth tally to put the victory on ice with two and a half minutes left in the game. 

DeGrazia added an assist on Larmand’s goal to give him two points on the night. 

Evan Konyen, Andre Anania, Alex Assadourian, Nolan Collins, Quentin Musty, Marc Boudreau and Liam Ross all recorded helpers as well.

Mitchell Weeks stopped 29 of 31 shots and was honoured with First Star of the Game for his efforts.

The Wolves head to North Bay on Sunday, January 23rd for a rematch with the Battalion.
