Wolves defeat the Bulldogs 5-2

The Pack takes on North Bay on Sunday

The Wolves picked up a crucial two points in the playoff race, defeating the Hamilton Bulldogs 5-2 at home Jan. 20.

Kieron Walton, Nick DeGrazia, Nathan Villeneuve, Marc Boudreau and Chase Coughlan scored in the win.

Boudreau now has goals in four straight games while Coughlan recorded his first with the Pack.

Djibril Toure, Landon McCallum and David Goyette each had two assists. Jakub Chromiak, Dylan Robinson, Walton and Villeneuve all had one.

Nate Krawchuk made 23 saves for his fifth victory of his career.

The Wolves play their northern rivals Sunday, when they take on the North Bay Battalion at the North Bay Memorial Gardens.
