The front office of SW Sports and Entertainment (SWSE) has grown by three people.

SWSE is the organization that oversees the Sudbury Wolves OHL team, Sudbury Five NBL Canada basketball team and the Sudbury Spartans of the Northern Football Conference.

The organization announced this week that is has added two staff to its marketing department and one to its sales team.

“We are pleased to announce that Michael Cullen will be joining the SWSE team,” said SWSE Sales Manager Marett McCulloch in a news release.

“Michael brings with him a successful career as executive director of the United Way for the past 15 years. As well, Michael’s vast service career includes working in large format hospitality settings, including the Edmonton Oilers.

Cullen's focus will be on "bringing the community into the Sudbury Arena," SWSE said.

To its marketing team, SWSE has added Emmah Cacciotti as its new marketing and communications co-ordinator and Ashley MacSporran as game day and community co-ordinator.

The trio begins work in their new positions on Aug. 6.
