The Sudbury Wolves officially began a new era on Friday night as they got their 2016-17 underway against the Oshawa Generals.
It was a party-like atmosphere outside of the arena before game time as Sea Perry played a free concert.
Owner Dario Zulich was joined at centre ice by Sudbury MPP Glenn Thibeault and Nickel Belt MP Marc Serré for the ceremonial puck drop.
