The Sudbury YMCA is offering a Women and Weights program for women ages 17 and over starting Jan. 16.
The Sudbury YMCA is offering a Women and Weights program for women ages 17 and over starting Jan. 16.

The program is designed for women who want to understand and feel comfortable in the YMCA individual conditioning area and want to increase knowledge with practical and hands-on strength training.

The program for Level I beginners will take place Jan. 16 and 17 between 6:30 and 9 pm, and Jan. 23 and 24 for Level 2 during the same hours.

The cost is $20 for YMCA members and $40 for non-members.
