New mobile wireless solutions provider arrives in Sudbury

Industry leader now in Northern Ontario with plans to expand

There’s a new player in town in the mobile wireless solutions market.

It’s a company dedicated to finding value for their clients through technological innovation.

No matter what size your business or type of job, being able to count on a great communications network is essential. You need fast upload and download speeds, as well as a network known for quality and reliability; it plays a key role in day-to-day productivity and performance.

While SmartCell Communications may be new to Sudbury, they have been in business for 16 years and are the largest TELUS/Koodo authorized dealers in Ontario. They currently have 11 locations and a head office located in Ottawa. This is the company’s first venture into the north and they have plans to fully expand throughout northern Ontario.

“We’re currently the leading business to business mobile wireless solutions provider, so we offer a range of smart solutions to help businesses in the Sudbury area—especially in mining, infrastructure, finance and retail,” says Carly Comtois, Director of Marketing. “We also help privately owned small and medium-sized businesses who may need smart solutions.”

The company offers a range of services that are key to success in these industries. These include business mobility, personal employee plans, cloud-based VoIP, ADT alarm and monitoring services, fleet tracking, internet and real time mobile expense management software.

Their team of outbound sales experts can meet you virtually online, at your business or in store. Their location on Long Lake Road offers quick and convenient store-front service without having to visit a mall, and there is ample free parking.

“We offer a quick in-and-out solution, rather than having to go to a large shopping centre in Sudbury where you have to navigate just to get to the store that you want,” says Comtois. “It helps eliminate any unnecessary interactions.”

The company also offers a separate program called an exclusive partner program (EPP). Available online or in store, it offers exclusive benefits and discounts to partner organizations based on where you work.

The program is available to large organizations across Canada—in healthcare, government, school boards and municipalities—and allows you to save up to 30% on your monthly rate plan. You also get the latest devices with discounts. This exclusive offer is only available online or at any of their locations across Ontario.

“One of the organizations that qualify is the City of Greater Sudbury,” says Comtois, “so anyone who is employed with the city can come visit us in store and we can provide them with up to 30% off their TELUS rate plan.”

Whether you’re a consumer customer, a small or medium-sized business, a corporate client or you fall under their exclusive partner program, they are able to help. They are now welcoming clients to their new location and to the TELUS/Koodo family.

SmartCell Communications is now open in Sudbury at 2021 Long Lake Road Unit A. Call 705-805-0171 to see how they can help.
