With 27 degree granting programs and close to 540 courses delivered online or in blended formats, Laurentian University boasts the largest selection of bilingual (English and French) distance education programs in the country.
Online delivery affords students the flexibility to complete their studies while maintaining their day-to-day lives. What is the Format of Online Learning?
Laurentian Online gives students the option to study part-time or full-time during the Fall, Winter or Spring sessions. And, they can choose to study in English or in French. Fully online programs are delivered asynchronously, which means students are not bound by class times that interfere with day-to-day responsibilities.
Who Creates Laurentian’s Online Courses?
Online courses are created by Laurentian’s faculty members in collaboration with national research experts. They undergo rigorous peer review processes and hold the same learning outcomes as on-campus courses.
Can Online Students Apply for Financial Aid?
Yes. The university offers grants, awards, bursaries and loans to qualified part-time and full-time students. The university now offers a new financial aid hotline.
