Alan Querney purchased Muirheads in 1972, a business that was first established as a book and stationery store on Elm St. in 1891.

In 2010 Querney’s demonstrated our commitment to downtown Sudbury by purchasing and moving into the historic Silverman’s building, home of Sudbury’s department store from 1911 to 1974.

We have a storefront presence on Elm St., but our product range is much larger than what is on display. We sell furniture, technology, health and safety supplies, cleaning equipment and security products: everything for the office, even coffee and bottled water.

And if you don’t see what you need, we’ll try to get you what you’re looking for.
