Introducing the newly revived community of “West Side Village” located in the heart of Copper Cliff. This complex is under new ownership and management. Williams and McDaniel Property Management plans to invest $1.8 million into the community over the next three years.

In an effort to reduce the complex’s carbon footprint, LED lights and LED lamp posts are also being installed.
Last summer, the residents of West Side Village enjoyed a barbecue to celebrate the community. The event was attended by many local dignitaries, including Greater Sudbury Mayor Brian Bigger. There were also attractions such as a dunk tank and bouncy castle. Attendees were welcomed and encouraged to donate either cash or food to the Sudbury Food Bank, with those donations being matched by Williams and McDaniel.
