Spotlight: Williams and McDaniel Property Management reviving West Side Village

Introducing the newly revived community of “West Side Village” located in the heart of Copper Cliff. This complex is under new ownership and management. Williams and McDaniel Property Management plans to invest $1.8 million into the community over the next three years.

West Side Village Apartments is a quiet, peaceful building located at 99 Dow Dr. in the lovely town of Copper Cliff. All units have been newly renovated and boast modern plank flooring, balconies or patios, spacious rooms, large windows, ample closet space, and one dedicated parking space.

West Side Village also offers Townhomes, which include amenities such as modern plank flooring, backyard access, patio, spacious rooms, large windows and a full appliance package which consists of a fridge, stove and dishwasher. Washer and dryer hookups are also included along with landscaping and yard maintenance.

West Side Village is within walking distance of Walford Park, a library, an arena (offering a fitness room, skating and curling), swimming pool, post office, Jubes Bar & Grill, and a convenience store. A bus stop is conveniently located at the front of the building.

Copper Cliff offers a friendly, tranquil and safe neighbourhood to call home. Williams & McDaniel Property Management’s revitalization project is well underway, and will see the buildings and grounds brought up to their high standards - this will include the planting of 100 new trees and repaved roads. In an effort to reduce the complex’s carbon footprint, LED lights and LED lamp posts are also being installed.

Last summer, the residents of West Side Village enjoyed a barbecue to celebrate the community. The event was attended by many local dignitaries, including Greater Sudbury Mayor Brian Bigger. There were also attractions such as a dunk tank and bouncy castle. Attendees were welcomed and encouraged to donate either cash or food to the Sudbury Food Bank, with those donations being matched by Williams and McDaniel.
