Amadeo Parissenti is this year’s recipient of Laurentian’s Research Excellence Award

Amadeo Parissenti, a professor with Laurentian’s Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry  and his team have developed a diagnostic tool that can tell physicians how a breast cancer patient will respond to chemotherapy. The test has shown a lot of promise in research trials, and has the potential to improve outcomes for cancer patients. 

Parissenti is this year’s recipient of Laurentian’s Research Excellence Award.
