Passed on from this earth suddenly on May 25th, 2019, in her 95th year after a lengthy illness.
Beloved wife of 53 years to David Emmerson (predeceased 1999). Loving mother to son, David (Brenda) and daughter, Nancy (Norm). Dearest Nana to JD (Melanie), Scott (Stacie), Mark (Jacqueline) and Maggie. Cherished Great-Nana, to Julia, Emma, Caley and Sadie.
Her witty sense of humour, her love of laughter and the twinkle of mischief in her eyes will be missed by all. She especially loved her time at the cottage, playing a good game of euchre, dancing and knowing that everyone was enjoying themselves.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 from 12:00 - 1:00 pm and Funeral Service at 1:00 pm at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, 8911 Woodbine Avenue, Markham, Ontario L3R 5G1 with a reception to follow.
We are so thankful to Dr. Mercer for his regular visits and PSW team for the daily care and kindness they offered to make her life so much richer and enjoyable.
