Sault Ste. Marie Police responded to a barricaded person call Sunday afternoon in the area of Second Line West and Farwell Terrace.
Officers entered the residence at 12:30 a.m. Monday morning and the person was taken into custody.
Police responded to the call around 4:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon and, upon arrival, found the residence had been damaged.
Officers from Patrol Services and the Emergency Services Unit were on scene.
