It may be September, but Christmas is back in North Bay with Hallmark.

“We are seeking extras for a crowd scene this coming Saturday for Hallmark's latest production of Angel Falls produced in part by Hideaway Pictures/Northern Ontario Film Studios,” said Micheline Blais, who is involved in casting for the production.

Blais says they are looking for a few families and extras ages 16-75 to be in scenes.

“Many North Bay residents have already registered with us at Cast North,” she said.

“Let us know if you are available to join us for a fun filled paid opportunity to be extras in Angel Falls! What to expect? A full day (usually 12 hrs) on set with all your winter gear! There's a lot of snow in Angel Falls, but you don't want to miss the sounds and sights of Christmas!”

Anyone interested in working the entire day should send an email to [email protected]. No experience is necessary.

Blais describes the look or looks they are seeking for the scene.

“Clean cut, no facial hair, no visible tattoos, no facial piercings (or removable), normal hair colours, ie no pinks, blues, purples etc.,” she said.

“We look forward to meeting the next Northern Stars!”
