NORTH BAY — PCP candidate Vic Fedeli has been declared the winner in Nipissing after about half the votes counted. He has taken about 54 per cent of the vote so far.
NDP Erika Lougheed is on her way to a strong second place finish.
Liberal Tanya Vrebosch arrived at Fedeli's party at around 10:20 to congratulate the winner.
