The OPP say Highway 400 northbound lanes are now OPEN at Highway 88.

The southbound lanes of Highway 400 at Highway 89 reopened at 5 a.m. following Tuesday's horrifying and deadly crash.
The northbound lanes remain closed at Highway 88.
The OPP updated the road closures via the OPP GTA Traffic twitter account.
Police say three people are confirmed dead following the multi-vehicle, chain reaction collision.
Fourteen vehicles were involved in addition to 3 transport trucks and two fully loaded fuel tankers that set off a massive fireball and explosions.
