Video Thunder Bay Mac's stores robbed three times in four days

Robbers targeted stores on Oliver Road and on Cumberland Street

THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay police say robbers held up Mac's convenience store locations in Thunder Bay on several occasions over the last few days of December.

Police have issued details and video related to three separate occurrences.

At 11:30 pm on Thursday, December 28, a male wearing a ski mask went behind the counter and demanded money and cigarettes at the Mac's store on Oliver Road. 

The clerk described the suspect as 6 feet tall with a heavy build.

On Saturday, December 30 at about 2:00 a.m., a male armed with a knife, and with his face covered, got some cash from the Cumberland Street store.

The clerk described the robber as fair-skinned, about five-foot-five inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds.

Finally, on Sunday, December 31 at 10:30 pm, a robber carrying a knife got a small amount of cash from the same store. He was described as five-foot-10 inches tall with a medium build.

No one was injured in any of these incidents.
