Yin yoga is a slow and quiet meditative practice that targets the connective tissues. It incorporates poses that are held for longer and when done at the end of a day can activate the parasympathetic nervous system and improve the quality of sleep.
Join Connected Living yoga teacher, Sandra Watson for a relaxing and soothing practice for the mind and body. Be sure to come with your yoga mat and your pj's!
$20+HST/person/class
This 4 week in studio session is suitable for all levels and starts on Wednesday 8-9pm May 8 - 29. Space is limited. Sorry no drop in's for this class.
