Do you sit with your legs crossed? Some people do.
I tried it here, with my dad, and must say it’s quite comfortable. No strain at all and I feel very relaxed.
I’ve also seen some people put their foot behind their neck, but I’m not going to try that. My mom said she used to be able to do that — riiight! I want to see that, lol.
Maybe you shouldn’t try it either unless the doctor is near by, or a phone to dial 911.
One can cross their legs, their ankles, keep both feet flat on the ground — in my case, four paws or legs stretched out. Oh, and there is that cool position called crossed-legged (like a pretzel).
