Have you ever called somewhere and been put on hold so long that you forgot who you were calling?
My mom has. Funky, eh!
Does my mom have a bad memory or is it common to be on hold for 20 minutes and sometimes longer? My mom often doesn’t call a lot of businesses because no one is there to answer the phone and assist you.
