Programs & Services
Summit Human Services Sudbury are human services agency that provide a wide range of services for children, teenagers and families.
We provide licensed residential services for out of home placements for children and teens. This residential network system involves foster homes/families and staff operated homes with comprehensive case management services, a quality assurance hiring and training system and evidence-based practices.
Licensed Programs
All of our programs are licensed annually by the Ministry of Community and Social Services. All of our licenses are in full compliance with no restrictions or conditions attached. We invite each young person we serve, each family we work with, each agency that places with us to provide us with regular feedback through stakeholders evaluations.
Community Partnerships
We look forward to meeting with community partners to participate in program development, implementing services and/ or providing resources that are needed in our communities.
