Alex Forget is a Physiotherapist Resident in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. He holds a Bachelor’s in Health and Physical Education with a specialization in Health Promotion with a specialization in Health Promotion from Laurentian University, Sudbury (2019), as well as a Master of Health Sciences Physiotherapy degree from the University of Ottawa (2022). Alex is fluently bilingual (French & English) and plans on expanding his therapeutic training through continuing education courses. Alex was born and raised in the Greater Sudbury district and grew up a multi-sport athlete playing competitive Hockey and Baseball. He strongly believes in a patient-centered approach to help his clients maximize their rehabilitation goals. In the near future, Alex is looking to pursue additional training in manual & manipulative therapy and dry needling to continuously improve his treatment skills to benefit his patients.
