Canadian Navigable Waters Act
The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for approval of the work described herein and its site and plans.
Pursuant to paragraph 7(2) of the said Act, the Ontario Ministry of Transportation has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project
Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) under the NPP File Number 2009-400674 a description of the following work, its site and plans:
Rehabilitation of the Bay of the French River Bridge includes:
The construction will be carried out over one year. Flagging operations will be set up to control the one-lane, two-way traffic during construction.
The rehabilitation project is located at the existing bridge across the French River on Highway 64, approximately 1.6 km north of Highway 607, within the Township of Bigwood, Parry Sound District.

Par la présente, le ministère des Transports de l’Ontario donne avis qu’une demande a été présentée au ministre des Transports, en vertu de la Loi sur les
eaux navigables canadiennes, afi n d’obtenir l’approbation pour les travaux décrits dans le présent document, ainsi que leur emplacement et les plans.
Conformément au paragraphe 7 (2) de ladite Loi, le ministère des Transports de l’Ontario a présenté au ministre des Transports, dans le registre en ligne
Recherche de projet en commun (https://recherche-projet-commun.canada.ca/) et sous le numéro de dossier PPN 2009-400674, une description des travaux
suivants, de leur emplacement et des plans :
La remise en état du pont de la Pont de La Baie de la Rivière des Français :
La construction sera réalisée sur une période d’un an. Des activités de signalisation seront mises en place pour contrôler la circulation à deux sens sur une seule voie pendant la construction.
Le projet de remise en état est situé au pont existant qui traverse la rivière French sur l’autoroute 64, à environ 1.6 km au nord de l’autoroute 607, dans le comté de Bigwood, district de Parry Sound.
