A total of 21 different acts took the stage at St. Andrew's Place on April 18 to wrap up the 71st annual Kiwanis Music Festival.
The "Stars of Excellence" concert showcased some of the best performers from the competition in a wrap-up concert that drew hundreds of friends and family members of the performers.
