It is appalling city council would even
consider a graveyard an appropriate site for a monument. It is
grotesque and disgraceful. I ask council to ensure a proper
place be found for this monument. A park setting is so much
more appropriate. Many women suffer in silence and it would be
fitting the monument be placed in a setting where the laughter
of children resonates.
