I have always been led to believe going to
the car dealer for repairs is more expensive than taking your
car to a garage. I recently had the experience of spending a
substantial amount of money at a garage to have a car problem
diagnosed (unsuccessfully). After exhausting all other options,
I finally decided to bring my car to Cambrian Ford. I was
surprised to find out that the scanning device used by the
dealership is more sophisticated and comprehensive than those
used in many garages; and therefore, more likely to detect a
problem if one exists.
I also had access to the use of a rental car
while my own car was being fixed.
Finally, when a potentially difficult
situation arose, I was treated with the utmost respect and
every professional courtesy was extended to me by service
manager Terry Allaire and the staff at Cambrian Ford.
As a customer who relies on experts to give
me the best value for my money when it comes to diagnosing and
fixing my car problems, their customer service is sincerely
appreciated.
