Contracting in or out - Emil Dezelak

I ask members of Mine Mill Local 598 who feel they must work to make ends meet, why would they vote for strike from a good paying job and go to work for a (non union) contractor? Some how this does not make sense to me, for I have been a union member
I ask members of Mine Mill Local 598 who feel they must work to make ends meet, why would they vote for strike from a good paying job and go to work for a (non union) contractor?

Some how this does not make sense to me, for I have been a union member all my life and my union would have reprimanded me for working for less and non-union to boot. But then I belonged to a trades union which does make a difference.

These are same people that you want to work with now but not after you get your way.
