This spring I've noticed a disturbing trend.
I live in close proximity to three major grocery stores and I
see people pushing grocery store carts home and then abandoning
them. Shoplifters will be prosecuted say the store postings.
Why the discrepancy? This is theft. The solutions are simple
and obvious: a backpack, a bicycle or your own cart. Stores
should prosecute.
