If you are returning to Sudbury on a
Greyhound bus, there is no stop at the downtown transit
terminal.
Apparently the city wants to charge the bus
company to allow buses to drop off passengers at this site. Why
should the Greyhound pay this? No doubt the company pays taxes
for their property on Notre Dame.
The bus driver was apologetic when he
explained the reason he was stopping on Paris Street between
the Cedar and Elm streets.
I felt literally "dumped." I also felt
ashamed for the city's treatment of visitors on the bus.
