Frank Petkovich was right on the mark with
his description of Stephen Harper in a recent letter to the
editor. Too many people fall into the trap of a well organized
Liberal propaganda machine fueled by the Liberal media that
portrays any opposition to their agenda as evil and having a
hidden agenda.
Anyone who speaks against the Liberals is
labelled as a bigot, racist, a Christian zealot, or homophobic.
In a totalitarian regime, these methods are used to silence
opposition and destroy the will of those with a better vision.
The media portrays Harper as an unemotional stiff who is not
comfortable on the baby kissing circuit like the seasoned Paul
Martin. All show and no substance does not make a leader as
Martin has shown us with his
unlimited groveling to stay in power over the
last couple of months, while making worthless deals with the
NDP that depend on future revenue that that may not exist at
the time.
With an arrogant attitude like that is it any
wonder the population has been brain washed into believing
anything the Liberals tell us is good for us? We
need to think for ourselves and take a chance
on a man with the intellect of Harper, and ignore the status
quo of corruption, mismanagement, lies, and a government that
thinks they know what we want.
