What a pleasant surprise I got Tuesday night.
I had left a parcel from Zellers store in a shopping cart. I
called both Zellers and the A& P at the Southridge
Mall to ask if anyone had returned it. It was
early afternoon and I was told nothing had been turned
in.
I am generally optimistic and have great
faith in people, however, I decided the best thing for me to do
was to try to forget the whole thing.
Imagine my surprise and pleasure that evening
when someone at Zellers called and informed me someone had
returned my parcel to the store.
I can tell you that this action on the part
of an unknown lady has increased my faith in humanity.
Not knowing the lady, I cannot thank her
personally, but I do hope that she is a Northern Life reader
and will see this heartfelt thanks.
