It amazes me how a town such as Greater Sudbury can reach out across the country and help families that have suffered such a tragic loss.

On April 12, with the amazing support from local media, countless volunteers, staff and most of all YOU the customers, we were able to reach out to our fellow Canadians and help them during their time of need.

Special thanks go out to Julie Dubois and the entire Rayside Balfour Canadians Jr. A hockey team and management for such a dedicated day of volunteering.

Thank you to Isak Vaillancourt for handling all social media and creative posters and handouts to get the word out in such short notice. To all media coverage we obtained, we would like to express our sincerest gratitude for your excellent coverage of this event. The positive exposure you gave to Blizzards for Broncos was second to none. To all other volunteers and Dairy Queen Chelmsford staff, you are all angels on Earth. We were in great need of help to pull off this fundraiser with very little time. Without all of your help, this fundraiser would not have been such a success.

Blizzards for Broncos was able to raise $10,000 to go toward the Humboldt Broncos Victims and Survivors GoFundMe account. Words are not enough to describe our appreciation to our community.  The overwhelming support for the Humboldt Broncos is truly amazing.
