I don't like going downtown Sudbury because
of the parking problem. But, I do venture there to buy clothing
at the men's clothing stores,
I recently had to get an X-ray done so I
decided to go to 65 Larch St. Not knowing how long it would
take, I put a $1 in the meter, which meant one-hour of parking.
I was gone one hour and seven minutes, and you guessed it, when
I got back, there was a parking ticket on my wiper.
It's as though the meter person stood at the
meter and waited for it to expire. I will never go downtown
again, for anything.
