I received my first combined water/hydro bill
this week. Imagine my shock at opening up a $650 bill. I nearly
fell to the floor. Who's great idea was this?
We own our home which is heated electrically.
My husband is self-employed and I work part-time. How can we
budget for this? How can seniors on fixed income budgets? My
gosh! I nearly had a heart attack.
