I am very upset to think VON nurses lost
their contract with the Sudbury-Manitoulin Community Care
Access Centre.
They are a very dedicated group of nurses who
were such a blessing to me and my husband. His desire was to
die at home. The VON who came into the house sometimes twice a
day made him comfortable and they prepared me for his passing,
I can't thank them enough, and I say, "God bless them".
