Carolyn Parrish, Liberal MP for Mississauga,
recently made the comment, "Damned Americans, I hate those
bastards."
While we are a democratic country, jealously
guarding our freedom of speech, the honourable member should
realize when she makes public statements, she speaks for close
to 200,000 people in Mississauga, and as a member of the
sitting government, she is perceived as expressing the opinion
of all Canadians.
As she has previously been insensitive in her
public remarks, I suggest perhaps treatment with some sort of
medicine for her verbal diarrhea, or failing that, a good
zipper for her mouth.
