One great thing about April is that it signals the end to a
long, cold winter. Another great thing about April is the
Sudbury SPCA's annual Furry Friends Feast, which is sure to
warm anyone's heart.
The event takes place Saturday, April 18, at the Idylwylde Golf
and Country Club. There will be a buffet, a silent
auction and a live auction featuring framed original artwork by
internationally acclaimed artist Sue Lampinen, a weekend
getaway to see Cirque du Soleil in Toronto and a day of golf at
the Idylwylde Golf and Country Club.
All money raised goes towards the Sudbury SPCA. Tickets to the
event are $60 and are available at Lampinen Fine Art &
Custom Framing (1350 Regent St.), Jett-Landry Music Ltd. (1119
Lasalle Blvd.), Lougheed Flowers (252 Regent St.), Jan Browning
Boutique (108 Durham St.), Pet Valu (1540 Lasalle Blvd.), and
the Sudbury SPCA (760 Notre Dame Ave.).
