One great thing about April is that it signals the end to a long, cold winter.  Another great thing about April is the Sudbury SPCA's annual Furry Friends Feast, which is sure to warm anyone's heart.

The event takes place Saturday, April 18, at the Idylwylde Golf and Country Club.  There will be a buffet, a silent auction and a live auction featuring framed original artwork by internationally acclaimed artist Sue Lampinen, a weekend getaway to see Cirque du Soleil in Toronto and a day of golf at the Idylwylde Golf and Country Club.

All money raised goes towards the Sudbury SPCA. Tickets to the event are $60 and are available at Lampinen Fine Art & Custom Framing (1350 Regent St.), Jett-Landry Music Ltd. (1119 Lasalle Blvd.), Lougheed Flowers (252 Regent St.), Jan Browning Boutique (108 Durham St.), Pet Valu (1540 Lasalle Blvd.), and the Sudbury SPCA (760 Notre Dame Ave.).
