Comedian Bill Burr performed to a packed Sudbury Arena on April 4.

The Sudbury stop was the final show of the first leg of Burr's Canadian tour and the Boston-born funny man did not disappoint.

Burr opened his show by commenting on the venue and riffing about the lack of fighting in hockey, before jumping into his thoughts on Sudbury's fortunate location for when global warming starts flooding everything to the south.

He will play the Fox Theatre in St. Louis on April 22 when he starts the American leg of his tour that will take him to Kansas City, Orlando, Jacksonville and more before returning north of the border for three shows in Alberta.
